Por exemplo, a <span id=\"urn:enhancement-1d26ebc7-c90d-4309-8c0f-074c9ba64442\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/quantidade\">quantidade<\/span> de mat&eacute;ria (n) pode ser considerada a partir de dados das subst&acirc;ncias qu&iacute;micas.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">n = m\/M&nbsp;<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>n = quantidade de mat&eacute;ria;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>m = massa do g&aacute;s em gramas (quanto de massa tem naquele sistema);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M = massa molar do g&aacute;s (quantas gramas cada mol do g&aacute;s possui).<br><\/li>\n<\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-constante-universal-dos-gases\">Constante universal dos gases<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na equa&ccedil;&atilde;o de estado de um <span id=\"urn:enhancement-e8ee86ee-d599-423b-a9bd-1ea6f3915373\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-creative-work\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/gases\">g&aacute;s<\/span>, existe um valor determinado por estudos, que &eacute; a constante universal dos <span id=\"urn:enhancement-07f9e90d-63e7-4e3d-9603-d8145edf8939\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-creative-work\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/gases\">gases<\/span>, representada por R. Essa constante foi constru&iacute;da a partir das condi&ccedil;&otilde;es normais de temperatura e <span id=\"urn:enhancement-da86ebc3-580e-4205-85b2-cc857322dd4a\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/pressao\">press&atilde;o<\/span>, conhecida como CNTP.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na CNTP, s&atilde;o considerados como valores de refer&ecirc;ncia o <span id=\"urn:enhancement-e69568cc-8e14-4c36-8753-a859df7e7dc1\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/volume\">volume<\/span> de 22,4 L, <span id=\"urn:enhancement-7aca640e-3462-4aca-b189-e5ff268216b3\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/pressao\">press&atilde;o<\/span> de 1 atm e temperatura de 0&ordm; C, ou 273,15 K, tudo isso considerando-se 1 <span id=\"urn:enhancement-0b1a1ce0-d0a1-49d1-a582-130666295796\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/mol\">mol<\/span> de qualquer <span id=\"urn:enhancement-25146987-f63b-4c70-a567-a3d60e162147\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-creative-work\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/gases\">g&aacute;s<\/span> ideal. Com base nessas informa&ccedil;&otilde;es, a constante foi definida a partir do c&aacute;lculo:<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">1. 22,4 = 1. R. 273,15<br>R = 22,4\/ 273,15<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">R = 0,082 atm.L\/ mol.K<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&Eacute; importante mencionar que esse valor de R s&oacute; &eacute; verdadeiro quando todas as grandezas da f&oacute;rmula est&atilde;o convertidas nas unidades de atm, litro, mols e <span id=\"urn:enhancement-7ca2c26b-7bd3-4eb3-bdbb-9992bd498589\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/kelvin\">kelvin<\/span>. &Agrave; medida que outras unidades s&atilde;o colocadas, por exemplo, realizar o c&aacute;lculo com graus celsius em vez de <span id=\"urn:enhancement-bff46782-1bc0-48df-9836-576ca553ab79\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/kelvin\">kelvin<\/span>, o valor da constante universal deve acompanhar essa mudan&ccedil;a.&nbsp;<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em geral, nas provas de vestibulares, eles fornecem a constante em um padr&atilde;o e cabe ao aluno verificar e inserir valor nas unidades de medida correspondentes. Considerando uma situa&ccedil;&atilde;o em que o valor de &ldquo;n.R.T&rdquo; mant&eacute;m-se constante, mas h&aacute; altera&ccedil;&atilde;o na <span id=\"urn:enhancement-75922d2b-8eca-4e75-82cb-09dc59969245\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/pressao\">press&atilde;o<\/span>, &eacute; preciso que o valor do <span id=\"urn:enhancement-c86c19df-dd08-4d0a-ae63-6e276461389b\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/volume\">volume<\/span> mude para manter a equival&ecirc;ncia entre as express&otilde;es matem&aacute;ticas.&nbsp;<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lembre-se que, em um sistema onde n&atilde;o h&aacute; perda de mol&eacute;culas, o valor de n ser&aacute; constante e R j&aacute; &eacute; uma constante, ent&atilde;o s&atilde;o valores n&atilde;o modific&aacute;veis. Nesses casos, a &uacute;nica forma de alterar a express&atilde;o n.R.T &eacute; pela altera&ccedil;&atilde;o da temperatura.
