Nesse caso, podem surgir novas mol&eacute;culas, novos compostos, com comportamentos e propriedades diferentes dos materiais iniciais.&nbsp;<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na cozinha, por exemplo, &eacute; poss&iacute;vel observar transforma&ccedil;&otilde;es f&iacute;sicas, quando como a &aacute;gua evapora durante o cozimento do arroz. Mas as rea&ccedil;&otilde;es qu&iacute;micas tamb&eacute;m acontecem, como a mistura entre bicarbonato de s&oacute;dio e <span id=\"urn:enhancement-b615afa4-1a5c-40e8-9453-8dc69ce03f9f\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/vinagre\">vinagre<\/span>, quando deseja-se desinfectar alguns alimentos &mdash; nesse caso, as mol&eacute;culas de <span id=\"urn:enhancement-1a867065-5c43-44ae-906f-68081066ccb3\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/vinagre\">vinagre<\/span> e do bicarbonato geram dois compostos diferentes: sal e &aacute;gua.&nbsp;<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conceitos-em-reacoes-quimicas\">Conceitos em rea&ccedil;&otilde;es qu&iacute;micas<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para continuar o estudo, vamos definir alguns conceitos importantes deste tema. As <span id=\"urn:enhancement-9df8a6e1-8f60-48d0-b7ee-da0fe8335a42\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/substancia\">subst&acirc;ncias<\/span> que s&atilde;o colocadas inicialmente dentro do sistema s&atilde;o chamadas de <strong><span id=\"urn:enhancement-f01b4c1e-143b-4f78-b0e9-191a1790ef53\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/reagentes\">reagentes<\/span><\/strong>, ou seja, aquelas que v&atilde;o reagir entre si.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando as condi&ccedil;&otilde;es s&atilde;o adequadas, em termos de temperatura, energia, meio, press&atilde;o e <span id=\"urn:enhancement-0d62ed5a-f28d-47cb-8df6-79f6e44b22e5\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/volume\">volume<\/span>, haver&aacute; a <span id=\"urn:enhancement-88a4fe5b-c0ca-497c-894e-b538f799d57e\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/reacao-quimica\">rea&ccedil;&atilde;o qu&iacute;mica<\/span>. Diante disso, os &aacute;tomos se reorganizam gerando as novas mol&eacute;culas, que s&atilde;o denominadas de <strong>produtos<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para representar isso graficamente, est&aacute; padronizado que os <span id=\"urn:enhancement-4cd6ab1c-bf29-4b48-ab89-c8f52fc313db\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl110249\/entity\/reagentes\">reagentes<\/span> ficam &ldquo;atr&aacute;s da seta&rdquo;, geralmente no lado esquerdo.
